Scary Mommy is a funny parenting website that I started reading frequently when nursing our newest baby. I submitted this article to them on a whim and I
couldn't believe it when I received an email from the editor the next day
saying that she was going to schedule it for publishing. The post has been
shared 50,000 times on Facebook! It's been wild to see such a response.
My
beginner's luck inspired me to write more and that's how this blog came to be.
